After Glen Truswell took a break in 2017 having won every Int 14 event possible including 2 world championships - Lennon sails / Racewear partnered with Neale Jones and Ed FitzGerald to continue the development work in both sails and Racewear in this most demanding class.

Neale and Ed are using a slightly softer set up than has been popular of late and Lennon sails developed a powerful set of sails that are easily de powered on this set up. Perhaps most interesting is the move to a filament multidirectional surface scrim on the jib. This super light 10 gram / m2 covering adds stability and longevity on both sides of he laminate.

We are calling this product F Skin (Filament Skin) and it will be available on all our membrane designs.

We also continued with a new spinnaker shape with a more stable cloth - however we are still out on this line of development

Huge congratulations to Neale and Ed on taking the European crown on Lake Garda last week, with an impressive set of results and despite missing two races due to a broken spreader.

Andy and Tom Partington were 3rd also using entirely Lennon sails, also with a brand new F Skin jib delivered the week before the event. They also have the new spin design but in the standard cloth.
