Lennon Performance Products Ltd use one of the most secure payment processing systems – Sage Pay.
The merchant (Lennon) never has access to your card details. The only information that Lennon Performance Products Ltd holds on you is information for the purposes of ordering and/or the opt-in mailing list. This user information is held in our database that is not directly accessible from the web. If you have any worries about security please feel free to contact us.

Lennon Performance Products Ltd holds information on its customers collected at the time of ordering for the processes of fulfilling the orders made. Customers are also given the opportunity to join a mailing list, this is optional and can be done when placing an order or through a link on the website. All newsletters and e-mails sent will include instructions on how to remove yourself from the mailing list. PRICES:
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order. Orders for outside the EEC will have VAT deducted from the total before any money is taken from the card and the import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Product prices in the shopping cart include delivery charges for all UK main land delivery addresses, some exceptions apply, see delivery section below. When Lennon Performance Products Ltd gives a cost estimate or indication of work to be carried out by the company, it will exercise experience in doing so. Such estimates are subject to accuracy of information provided by the customer, are usually based only on a superficial examination and will not include the cost of any additional repairs or work found necessary. Lennon Performance Products Ltd will inform the customer promptly of any proposed increase in estimated prices and the reasons therefore and will only proceed with the approval of the customer.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
All drawings, photographs, illustrations, performance data, dimensions, weights and other technical information specifications and particulars of the goods are published by Lennon Performance Products Ltd in the belief that they are as accurate as reasonably possible but are not to be treated as being or as forming part of the contract. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of all such materials and information and Lennon Performance Products Ltd accepts no liability in this respect. Lennon Performance Products Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Lennon Performance Products Ltd is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNT CODES:
Vouchers and discount codes are subject to the full terms & conditions of Lennon Performance Products Ltd.
Vouchers can be redeemed against any product on the website either on full price or promotional/discounted items but does not apply to shipping costs. Discount codes against promotional/already discounted items on the website are usually exempt and also do not apply to shipping costs. One voucher or discount code per transaction. Lennon Performance Products Ltd vouchers can only be redeemed against products from the Lennon Performance Products Ltd website and have no cash value if used elsewhere. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash with Lennon Performance Products Ltd.
The only way to redeem the voucher/discount is to buy products. Vouchers/discount codes must be redeemed online. If there is an expiry date, this date will appear on the voucher or accompanying the discount code provided and will be clearly marked. Any unused amounts cannot be used towards a future sale. The voucher/discount code can be used as part payment for a product that exceeds the voucher/discounted amount, the remainder can be paid in any form that is stipulated in the terms and conditions.
UNDER 18'S:
Lennon Performance Products Ltd does not distance sell products for purchase by children. We sell under 18's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Lennon Performance Products Ltd shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
