We aim to supply only the highest quality products and hope that you will always be delighted with your goods, however in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product please contact us to arrange a return, refund or exchange. There are some terms and conditions that apply, so please read the following carefully. These do not affect your statutory rights.

Lennon Performance Products Ltd aim is to process your return as soon as possible. Generally we process any exchanges on the same working day. However, during busy periods your exchange may not be processed until the next working day after the original item(s) has been received by Lennon Performance Products Ltd. Within the UK, the average delivery aim for 'in stock' exchanges are 3 working days from receipt of the original item(s) being returned.  Delivery aims for other regions vary. Shipping of exchanges is usually free of charge. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Lennon Performance Products Ltd.
 
SHIPPING: Orders will be charged rates based on their weight and applied at the checkout. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however, this is usually a 1-3 working day service for UK customers. European orders will also be charged rates based on weight and applied at the checkout.  Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however, this is usually a 3-5 working day delivery service. Orders shipped to Switzerland will be charged at £25. US and the rest of the world orders will be charged at £35.  Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however, this is usually a 3-7 working day service.  If an order dispatched from us does not arrive within the timescales outlined here, you have 7 days to inform us.

It should be noted that occasionally couriers experience operational difficulties and therefore this is not a guaranteed service. 

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Free delivery can be applied IF AGREED IN ADVANCE OF ORDERING with Lennon Performance Products Ltd. This will include hand delivery to certain locations but always at the discretion of Lennon Performance Products Ltd.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We will ship to anywhere in the world (where normal delivery conditions are possible) direct from our central warehouse. Non UK VAT is removed at checkout when ordering online via the website shop.

Parcels to Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden will usually be delivered to the recipient's closest parcel shop.

CANCELLATION PERIOD: Customers have the right to cancel any order for stock items up to 7 days after the day the goods were delivered. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to Lennon Performance Products Ltd before repayment can be made. Within 30 days of cancellation, Lennon Performance Products Ltd will refund the cost of the goods but not return postage costs, providing the goods have been returned unused, undamaged and fit for re-sale.  Free returns are only applicable when an exchange is requested (and stock is available).  Lennon Performance Products Ltd reserve the right to charge a handling fee.
